Terrible staff, the management should be ashamed. High school kids behind the counter try to get you to buy the combo meals where-in actuality a drink, sub, and cookie are cheaper than the combo meal! I know it's "fast food" but honestly, do some math Subway! Also, please train your staff in the difference between "I don't want that toasted/thermo-nuclear melt-downed" and "toasted". That would be great. It's really one or the other. Definitely not spending money here again.

This is the WORST place. I love Subway and this one is a block from where I work, so I've been here more times than I would have liked. The place is clean, the staff is alright but t's the management that is terrible. One manager was on his cellphone threatening to kill someone while he rang me up, he overcharged me and when I tried to point it out without interrupting his conversation he just got angry at me and said "Don't you see I'm on the phone?" Really? You're at work, dealing with a customer while taking a personal call. A very violent personal call, I'm not interrupting anything. Another manager was being extremely rude to one of his employees who had showed up late, right in front of everyone. Eventually he got so angry with her that he stormed out and left, screeching out of the parking lot in his car. I am completely baffled by this place and the people there.

Man, I don't get it. I've been here a lot since I work right down the street and while it's not an above and beyond experience I've never had problems. My experience with the staff has been a-ok hence the three stars. They have always been friendly to me I even remember one of the girls telling me how much she liked my purse one day. Maybe there has been a staff shift I don't know but I like going to this subway. It's always clean. It's always been supplied. Iv'e always received what I've asked for. What more could I want? I'll go again I am sure.

Staff was incredibly rude and short with me. The young lady kept whispering to me when asking my order and then when I would say excuse me or ask her to repeat she gave me a cockeyed look like I was out of line. The sandwich did get the job done but the whole subway experience was left to be desired. Clean as a whistle though. Oh and the big kicker.. They didn't have any cups! What kind of place doesn't have cups. I get maybe if it was a big weekend or something but its Tuesday and they won't have any until Thursday. Thanks Obama

I can tell is under new management. The staff is very nice and polite. The owners are very friendly. The vegetables look very fresh compare to how it was with the old owner.

I have to agree with the other review. I've been to this subway several times as it's near my home. I only go when I'm in a real rush and don't want fast food. The food is good, sandwiches made to my satisfaction, but the staff and management is in my opinion, always it seems in some sort of argument. Seriously, Most every time I am in here either the employees are in the back fighting with each other or the manager is on the phone arguing with someone. I just don't get it. No matter how much I smile and put on my happy face, I get nothing but a cold stare in return...ugh! It can really raise the blood pressure....

The staff at this location are deplorable. The restaurant is clean. The food is fine -- typical Subway. But every single employee is a huge jerk. Subways are consistently "meh," so I would go to a different location in town if, at the very least, you want to avoid a hostile experience with the staff or franchise owner.
